What do our Graduates say?
“"I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on the UX scheme at Ocado so far. I've been given the chance to work across both B2B and B2C streams, in both design and research - which has provided me with a diverse range of interesting experiences.
I've also felt treated like a real member of the team from day one, being given the opportunity to take the lead on projects when I feel confident, while still being given support when needed."
User Experience Graduate
“Ocado’s a great place to work.
You'll hear it time and time again, but the culture is amazing. Everybody’s really supportive and willing to answer your questions.
The Finance scheme is really great because you get to complete a qualification alongside your work."
Finance Graduate
“In the Business Management scheme you get out of it as much as you put in.
You have the opportunity to learn about so many different areas of a tech/solutions business, develop skills that will help you to grow, and network with a large number of stakeholders. Everyday you get to make a new first impression!"
Business Management Graduate
"Ocado Technology is an incredible place to start your software engineering career.
As the grad scheme offers four six-month placements, you get to explore a wide range of areas - my rotations have spanned from robotics firmware to e-commerce web development!
There's also plenty of support, including a professional development program from the Emerging Talent team delivered over the two years."
Software Engineering Graduate
“The driving reason Ocado stood out to me was there seemed to be an appealing graduate culture. Safe to say, I have colleagues who have become friends, which has made the transition into the working life much easier.
I found the BOTS and the technology that Ocado leverages to be very interesting, which drew me to apply. Now that I have joined, I am endlessly impressed at how much of the OSP is designed in house from scratch. This means that the work that graduates get involved with from day one has real impact."
