Our Future Leaders Programme

If successful, you will be enrolled onto our Future Leaders Programme (FLP) which runs alongside your graduate scheme. It is designed to give you the essential soft skills to craft a career that works for you when you’re ready to roll off into the business. 

Attending the FLP will help you tap into the culture and values that drive us forward. Embracing these values will help you unlock your future potential. During the programme we host a variety of tailored learning sessions. This includes coaching, mentorship, masterclasses and a conference.

Ocado Graduate Programmes

Work with complex software systems to improve our world-leading grocery platform. You will work in teams across the Ocado Technology division, gaining knowledge and insight into the vast number of challenges we solve every day.

Get a broad insight taking on projects across our business, rotating around multiple business areas. You will experience a variety of different roles and responsibilities - each working towards the overall mission of the company.

Get involved in designing, testing and implementing the user interfaces and systems that power Ocado.com as well as colleague facing systems. Over four six-month placements, you’ll work in UX teams, gaining knowledge and insight into UX Research and Design.

Apply your knowledge to a range of projects: design, automation, buildings technology and more. You'll have opportunities from the development of new technologies to working with global manufacturers or installing and commissioning one of our new sites.

The Ocado finance graduate programme is designed to support you in becoming a finance leader of tomorrow. Over the course of the three year programme you will have the opportunity to grow your understanding of finance through exposure to the key areas.
