Ocado Group holds a Sponsor Licence, and therefore may be able to offer sponsorship to skilled workers where certain criteria are met. Please note that our ability to offer sponsorship will depend on a range of factors, including the availability of certificates of sponsorship, timescales, business need, and the suitability of the role in line with Home Office guidance. Decisions will be made on a case by case basis. We will discuss this further with applicants who require sponsorship during the recruitment process.
