From our HQ in Virginia, we coordinate the recruitment and training of hundreds of highly skilled engineers and technologists across North America. We already employ 1,000s of people in Customer Fulfilment Centres up and down the country. As we continue to expand rapidly into new locations throughout the region, we will soon need 1,000s more.
Nationwide Customer Fulfilment Centres
Our first-ever US Customer Fulfilment Centre was built in Middleton, Ohio. Since then, we've built 12 facilities with more on the way. Each of them home to a diverse range of mechanical, electronic and automotive engineers and technicians.

Home to the Kindred team who are now part of Ocado Technology, our robotics experts work together globally to design, supply and service sophisticated piece-picking robots that solve real-world problems in our Ocado customer fulfilment centres.
