How we work

A good work life balance is valuable, which is why we support a hybrid working model in many regions and roles. Your recruiter, and the job description, will have the details.

Hybrid Working

We support a hybrid working model where this fits the role, and we value autonomy, so you manage your own schedule. Our teams spend 40 percent of their time connecting with colleagues in our offices and, depending on your location, you might be able to work fully remotely in August and for half of December. You might also be able to choose to ‘work from anywhere’ for a month. To understand the policy in your region and for your role, speak to your recruiter.

Work from anywhere

We want to create a worldwide work space, and part of that is giving you the freedom to work remotely from another location or country for up to 30 calendar days per year.

This entitlement helps balance our obligations as a responsible employer and business while giving you the flexibility to be closer to family, expand your horizons, or to simply take time out for yourselves while fitting with your role and responsibilities.

Annual leave

We have competitive annual leave entitlement across all our global development centres and fulfilment centres, as detailed in the job descriptions. We allow up to five days to be carried over, and there is a salary sacrifice scheme in place for buying up to three additional days. Please speak to your recruiter for more details.
