We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to shape and deliver our transformation roadmap. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance Transformation, Data & Systems, you will play a pivotal role in leading key finance change projects, managing the pipeline of transformation initiatives, and collaborating with key stakeholders across and beyond the finance function.

Accountabilities
- End to end delivery of key finance transformation projects
- Adherence to project management best practice and established ways of working: from identification of scope, discovery work & business requirements, design outline and approval, solution development/build, testing (SIT & UAT) and delivery/go-live to project closure
- Establishing the required governance and interactions to ensure business needs are met, and any process or system change is understood or owned by BAU teams
- Scoping and delivery of a pipeline of change projects for review and approval with Finance Leadership Team (FLT), Group Finance Director, and CFO: gathering of inputs from the department and key stakeholders, recommendations as to prioritisation and sequencing of work in addition to resource requirements to deliver
- Managing the overall programme of work to ensure it delivers our overarching departmental objectives by working with the team to develop understanding of the scope of each project and coordinating the interaction between individual projects
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement: leading programme update meetings and engagement with group and commercial finance teams; presenting to CFO, Group IT Director and senior People Function representatives at Finance Transformation Steering updates
About you
- 10+ years’ experience working in a Finance transformation role with a proven track record in delivery of Finance transformation projects
- Experience with Finance ERP systems ideally Fusion Cloud Financials and EPM
- Relevant accounting qualification, or equivalent experience (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CFA, MBA)
