About the role:

This is a Fixed Term position until July  2025

Ocado Logistics has two primary clients, namely Ocado Retail Limited and, and has experienced significant growth necessitating an evolution to better cater to its retail partners. The role of an adept Project Change Manager is crucial in facilitating the seamless migration of HCM and WFM systems to Oracle HCM and UKG Dimensions through exceptional change management. This role entails a direct reporting line to the Change Portfolio Manager within the in-house Programme Management function, offering specialised expertise in change management, encompassing hands-on implementation of change management activities across an extensive network of operational sites. Additionally, the position involves reporting to the Programme itself and assumes responsibility for the development, leadership, and execution of the Programme's change management. This will include conducting impact assessments, identifying training needs, and delivering training and engagement to support the transition process. You will own the leadership and coaching of our Change Champion network, and be responsible for providing clarity and confidence throughout the migration, extending across various business functions. The focus will be to ensure our managers and employees have a comprehensive understanding of ongoing and planned changes as a result of the system changes. Core to this role is providing training, engagement and coaching.

You will be:

You'll play a pivotal role in driving adoption of new technology across our business. Leading change and training activities, you'll use your tried and tested toolkit to drive seamless adoption of the new technology. Your responsibilities include owning and maintaining an overall change management plan, evaluating change impact, delivering coaching and training, and managing resistance. You'll actively support project risk management and play a key role in communication efforts, designing, delivering, and managing essential communications. Defining adoption metrics, reporting progress, and aligning new ways of working are vital components. Your role involves continuous evaluation of the change management approach and plans, through continuous engagement with our key stakeholders. Empowered to challenge leaders, your skill set covers change management, communication, training, risk management, and strategic planning.

About you:

You bring robust Change Management and training experience, adept at managing, delivering, and integrating migrations to Oracle HCM or equivalent systems. Your extensive background includes successfully navigating change in diverse, fast-paced environments, collaborating across various roles and locations. With a deep understanding of change management best practices and methodologies, you've effectively collaborated with senior stakeholders to assess requirements and implement impactful change in large-scale organizational initiatives. You excel in developing high-quality change materials, including stakeholder maps, impact assessments, training needs analyses, and training plans. Your direct and engaging management style, coupled with proficiency in business management, statistics, analytics, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs, underscores your comprehensive skill set. Exceptional communication skills, active listening abilities, flexibility in ambiguous situations, and resilience in overcoming challenges further highlight your profile. Additionally, you demonstrate strong organizational skills, strategic planning capabilities, problem-solving aptitude, and a keen understanding of project management approaches. Your teamwork, business acumen, and ability to manage workloads effectively against external deadlines round out your impressive Project Change Management skill set.
