About Us

Ocado Solutions is responsible for our corporate international  partnerships, offering the proprietary Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) as a service to retailers around the world. OSP comprises access to Ocado’s physical automation, allowing highly efficient preparation of orders, together with the full end-to-end software applications required to operate a world class online grocery business, bringing the best possible operational economics, consumer experience and service to our partners. Since 2017 we have signed agreements to provide our unique e-commerce solution to a number of the world’s largest grocers, including the following retailers in the Europe Region: Groupe Casino (France), ICA Gruppen (Sweden), Auchan Retail ( Alcampo (Spain), Auchan (Poland)), Bon Preu (Spain), Morrisons (UK), and Ocado Retail (UK). 

 

About the role

The Partner Growth Associate is an exciting opportunity to join our European Partner Success Team in a role that directly influences the success of our partners.

 

As part of the Europe Partner Success Team you will be responsible for supporting our partners in their day to day use of OSP. You will use data driven strategies to encourage them to adopt the most impactful OSP features and to  ensure that their webshop is configured optimally in order to drive maximum customer acquisition, retention and basket size.

 

You will work closely with our European Partner Growth and Partner Success Teams, as well as the wider European Solutions Team to support the growth of our partners, enabling them to improve commercial outcomes, grow their customer base, order volume, and overall profitability. 

 

You will (accountabilities)

  • Use your excellent knowledge of the OSP platform and SME support from the Central Growth Team to make recommendations to your partners on the best way to configure their ecom front end and ensure that they are using the right OSP features to maximise their growth
  • Monitor new capability and feature releases, stay up to date with the value being created in the platform to enable you to provide strong and impactful recommendations to partners
  • Use your strong internal relationships with Ocado Technology and Solutions teams to provide effective support to partners whilst they implement new capabilities and features
  • Track partner feature utilisation and work with the Regional Growth Team and Partner Account Teams to create a strategy to improve adoption
  • Manage multiple partner requests across multiple partners, ensuring they are given the right information quickly
  • Proactively look for areas in which our clients can be better, sharing opportunities for improvement with the wider Partner Success team
  • Collaborate with other Ocado teams to build and maintain positive Partner relationships
  • Share best practice with Partner OSP teams

 

About you (experience we seek)

Essential exp:

  • Fluency in English essential and one other European language desirable ( French, Spanish, Polish, Swedish) 
  • Highly organised and resilient with an eye for detail
  • A can do attitude and clear desire to learn
  • Stakeholder, relationship building and networking skills
  • A team player who’s comfortable interacting with Partner teams
  • Self-motivated with an ability to deliver to deadlines and multi-task under pressure
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Able to handle difficult situations, facing challenges with positivity, confidence and pragmatism
  • PC literate with experience with google suite
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience working in ecommerce

Bonus exp:

  • Knowledge of the Ocado Smart Platform
  • Familiarity with or experience with measuring and optimizing key growth metrics including user growth, conversion, LTV
  • BA/BSc degree in a business management or technical field or equivalent practical experience desirable
