About the Order department.

We provide a crystal clear and smooth checkout experience; optimising for high conversion, low abandonment and efficient order processing while providing ultimate flexibility for Partners to increase sales and maximise profitability based upon their promotional strategy.

This mission involves core areas in our platform like: Slot booking page, Trolley or basket page, the whole Checkout Walk experience, Order’s management and Edit, etc.
On top of that we do own the Onboarding experience and in essence the Homepage structure. The first time shopper experiences a delicate one who can define the difference between a user who abandons the shop and a loyal customer.

Subscriptions and Account Settings it’s another area that Order takes care of.

The UX Department works in a close collaboration with Product management and Engineering. Helping you doing your daily tasks you’ll have our UX Research team providing/helping with data and validation.
