What You Will Do 

We’re looking for an entry-level professional who is interested in contributing to the human resources functions of a large, global organization. This person will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, North America, and assist with daily HR administrative tasks.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the HR Administrative Assistant may include:

  • You will be responsible for accurately updating and maintaining employee information, such as personal details, job titles, salaries, and benefits.
  • Responsibility for leading the migration of data from one key HR system to another ensuring that data is accurate and entered in a timely fashion
  • An important aspect of your role will be managing any manual, less automated processes using spreadsheets to capture data which will include sensitive information such as pay and personnel benefits. 
  • Providing assistance with creating presentations, developing and HR collateral, building reports, and other administrative and reporting tasks supporting other business units

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in human resources, business, or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Workday software preferred
  • Superior Google Sheets/Excel experience,etc (Pivot Tables)
  • Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Slides) 
  • Experience working for a high-growth company; able to anticipate and accommodate rapid change
  • Strong attention to detail is a key requirement
  • Ability to be flexible and multitask with strong organization and planning skills
  • Demonstrable customer service experience working with a diverse range of customer profiles
  • Bonus points for experience with Trinet
