So, now you’ve had a chance to explore all the exciting apprenticeship opportunities on offer at Ocado Group and feel ready to kick start your career… What's next?
Our application process has four stages. Each step gives us a chance to get to know you better and make sure you’re right for the scheme – and, more importantly, to make sure you have all the information you need to decide if we’re right for you too!
We want to make the process as straightforward as possible. The first thing you'll need to do is research our opportunities available to you and apply online through our application system.
Let’s talk about the role! This step gives us the chance to discuss life at Ocado Group and your suitability for the role. It also gives us the chance to learn a bit more about your aspirations and motivations
The final stage of our recruitment process allows us to get to know you in person and introduce you to our exciting company culture – while you meet what could be future friends and colleagues. This year we may continue to run our Assessment Centres virtually for the safety of all concerned. Whilst we know they’re not quite the same as an in-person experience, we don’t want to miss out on the chance to ‘meet’ you but we want to ensure it is safe and comfortable for everyone on the day.
The open and deadline dates for each apprenticeship programme differ. Please check our website to see the latest dates.
After you’ve taken part in the Assessment Centre we will let you know whether you’ve been successful. You will receive a phone call providing you with feedback whatever the outcome, We value your time and interest in Ocado Group and by providing you with in depth feedback we hope that this will help you on your career path, wherever that may take you.
