Talent Acquisition Lead

The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. The person in this position will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing recruitment team, actively participating in recruitment efforts, and ensuring alignment with our business vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achieving key performance indicators.
  • Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Spend 50% of your time on hands-on recruitment activities, including leveraging networks, engaging passive candidates, and managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to preboarding.
  • Talent Pool Development: Identify and nurture talent pools, utilising CRM tools for effective talent engagement and management.
  • Brand Advocacy: Promote our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and brand to attract top talent.
  • Data & Performance Analysis: Use data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify process improvements, and enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders and People Partners to support workforce planning and align recruitment with business strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve offer acceptance rates.

Key Requirements: 

  • Proven track record in recruitment, particularly in IT and technology-related positions.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing a recruitment team.
  • In-depth knowledge of workforce planning and the ability to identify future skills needs.
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques and platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn for passive candidate engagement.
  • Experience in managing change within the recruitment process, demonstrating adaptability to business needs.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing and negotiating effectively.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with multiple departments.
  • Outstanding language skills in both English (C1) and Polish (C1).
  • Proficiency in relevant office software and strong administrative and time management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Expertise in designing and managing attraction campaigns and content creation.
  • Ability to use data analytics tools for talent acquisition metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in international recruitment, understanding diverse cultural backgrounds and global hiring practices.
