They do it by creating a truly engaging work experience and providing all our warehouse and driver colleagues with the motivation, direction, coaching, training and development they need.
Who works here
Regional General Managers
We use an organisation-wide feedback tool, Peakon, to make sure our people’s voice is heard. As a manager, you get a sense of how people are feeling and you can make improvements wherever they’re needed.

We love to recognise people’s contribution, so we recently launched our All Stars social recognition platform that allows teammates and managers to give and receive an in-the-moment thank you.

We’ll be in touch to discuss your application and give you the chance to ask any questions you may have about the role or the location.
You’ll be invited to visit us onsite, so you can get more insight into the role and the work we do here at Ocado Group. You will have the opportunity to meet the team and have a final interview (if required)
**Depending on Management Level a final panel interview may be required.
We’ll ask you to send us some documentation proving your right to work in the UK and ask you to bring these documents with you on your first day, along with any other supporting documents to support your onboarding into Ocado (HMRC etc.)
We’ll ask you to complete a DBS check so we are able to assess if you have any unspent criminal convictions.
We’ll call you once everything is confirmed to discuss availability and start dates. At this point we will offer you a contract of employment.
